Where it started

GIA Property Management’s requirements were refreshingly plain: fast pages, a contact form that actually delivers inquiries, and a site people can find when they search for property management in the area. Their existing setup managed none of the three.

What we built

A static Astro build — no plugins, no database, no server-side processing between a visitor and the page. The contact form routes through a verified delivery service with confirmation, so there’s no wondering whether an inquiry arrived.

Service pages were written for the services GIA actually offers and structured to rank in their operating area, then submitted to Search Console at launch with key pages manually indexed.

The result

Quick pages, a form confirmed working with a test submission on day one, and a structure built for search visibility.
