A legacy PHP site rebuilt for a 50-year property management developer

Where it started

Shiu Pong Group of Companies has managed residential, commercial and retail properties across Toronto for more than 50 years. The public site was still running on a custom PHP build that hadn’t kept pace with a portfolio that now includes thousands of residential units and millions of square feet of commercial and retail space.

The build

A full redesign, custom-coded rather than fitted into a template, structured around the business’s actual divisions - residential and retail management, and development projects - instead of generic property management copy.

The result

A site that reads like it belongs to a business with 50 years of history, not a placeholder waiting on an update.
