Where it started

Upperview Homes needed a site for Riverscape, their residential development in Wasaga Beach. Marketing campaigns would be driving paid traffic to it, so the brief was direct: load fast, look right on mobile, and never lose a lead to a broken form.

What we built

A static Astro build with an HTML-first approach — JavaScript renders only where it’s needed, and every image and asset is compressed at build time. The design is mobile-first and consistent across every screen size, with the project presented cleanly and calls to action placed where prospective buyers naturally reach for them.

The result

Fast pages on every device, a layout that holds together everywhere, and a site that has carried lead-generation campaigns without anyone needing to log in and maintain it.
